If any part of this agreement is unlawful or ineffective for any legal means then the rest of this agreement should be read without it.
This agreement is not intended to give anyone else any rights and is only between you (the user) and us. At times by choice or unknowingly we may fail to enforce our rights under this agreement. Therefore if we have not enforced any of our rights, does not stop us from doing so in the future.
Neither party is liable for anything which is beyond their reasonable control.
